This Gas Safety Assessment is designed to test the gas safety competence of an operative in the work of install, exchange, disconnect, service, repair, breakdown and commission domestic instantaneous gas water heating appliances by practical and knowledge and understanding assessment.
Range of appliances covered - Flueless instantaneous water heaters (input not exceeding 12 kW) and open flued, balanced and fan flued instantaneous water heaters (input exceeding 12kW)
Non Domestic engineers can undertake Domestic WAT1, without the need to undertake CCN1, only if they encounter domestic sized appliances within non domestic premises.
This qualification will be certified and entered onto the Gas Safe Register, however, it will not show on your operatives Gas Safe Card.

- Assessment: ½ Day
Note:
Re-Assessment Domestic Core + Appliances costs cover up to 4 Appliances. If further appliances are to be renewed, a charge of £ 80 per appliance will be incurred.
Additional appliances (not previously held) will be charged at £ 145 each.
